Property Consultant

House of Orange is hiring experienced real estate agents and property consultants for Dubai's secondary (resale) market: apartments, villas, and townhouses in the city's top communities.

This is a production seat, not a desk: you get inbound qualified leads, in-house photography and videography for every listing, CRM and pipeline systems that work, and direct access to leadership. You close deals; we handle the machine around you.

What you will earn

  • Up to 70/30 commission split, uncapped.
  • Our average agent closes 2 deals a month; top performers earn AED 200,000+ a month.
  • Monthly and quarterly performance bonuses.

What you will do

  • Source, qualify and convert buyers and sellers in Dubai's resale market.
  • Conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and manage transactions from listing to transfer.
  • Build a portfolio of exclusive listings with full marketing support.
  • Manage your pipeline in our CRM with structured follow-up systems.

What we need

  • Proven sales experience: real estate sales, property sales, or high-ticket closing (luxury, finance, automotive).
  • Dubai secondary market experience preferred; strong closers from other industries welcome.
  • Strong negotiation, prospecting, and client relationship skills.
  • RERA certification, or the willingness to obtain it fast.
  • UAE driving licence preferred.
