Built on clients who come back
A licensed Dubai brokerage advising private buyers, investors and owners across the city’s principal communities. We handle the whole holding: the purchase, the tenancy afterwards, and the decision years later about whether to keep it. Most of our business comes from clients who return, or from the people they introduce.

- Languages
- Nine, including Arabic and Chinese

Each consultant works a defined set of communities rather than the whole city, and we publish a full guide to every one of them.
We advise in nine languages: English, Arabic, Dutch, French, Chinese, Hindi, Urdu, Tagalog and Turkish, so a negotiation keeps its detail in the client’s own language.
Investors who put their name to it
A testimonial is easy to write and hard to check. These three are quoted from our public Google Business Profile with the client’s name attached, and linked below so you can read them where they were written rather than take our word for it.
“House of Orange quickly secured a reliable, long-term tenant and has been managing both properties flawlessly ever since.”
“Fantastic collaboration with Hugo. Bought several properties through him in Dubai. Transparency, expertise, and speed are his top priorities!”
“In 2023, I made my first real estate investment in JVC … I met Hugo through a mutual friend.”

One senior consultant, start to completion
Every instruction is taken by a senior consultant who advises on price, negotiates on your behalf and sees the transaction through to registration. The same person remains accountable to you afterwards, whether that means placing a tenant, running the property or advising on an eventual sale.
We decline instructions where the project a client has arrived asking for is the wrong one for them, and set out what we would recommend instead.
Every consultant is trained to the same method, and is measured on what a client ends up holding rather than on a sales ranking.
The majority of our instructions come from clients we have already acted for, or from people they have introduced.

“My mission is not only to facilitate your real estate choices, but more importantly to be your trusted partner on the road to success in Dubai.”

Communities we know building by building
Anyone can name the districts. What decides a purchase is the detail inside one: which line of a tower holds its value, what a service charge is doing to a return, and what is still to be built in front of a view. We publish that in full for every community we act in.
Four standards on every instruction
These are the terms of engagement rather than a philosophy. Each one is already published on the service page it governs, and each is linked below so you can read it in the context it applies to.
We decline the wrong instruction
Clients regularly arrive set on one project. Where it is the wrong one for what they are trying to achieve, we say so, decline it and set out what we would recommend instead. A valuation works the same way: if the evidence favours holding a property, or renting it out rather than selling, that is what the written advice says.
Sell With Us →Costs set out before you commit
Transfer fee, trustee, commission, mortgage registration: the full figure for the specific property, calculated at the point of enquiry rather than presented at the transfer appointment.
Any listing →Figures we can source, or none at all
We do not publish projected returns. A percentage that cannot be checked against a named building at its actual service charge is an estimate wearing the clothes of a fact, and it belongs in no advice we give.
Editorial policy →One consultant accountable throughout
The consultant who takes the first call conducts the negotiation, the documentation and the years that follow. Continuity is what allows advice to account for a client's whole position rather than a single transaction.
Property Management →Consultants who want the whole career here
We hire for the long version of this job: consultants who want to own a set of communities properly, hold client relationships for years, and be measured on what those clients end up holding. The support around that is the point of joining rather than a perk.
- Training and mentoring
- One method taught to every consultant, and a principal who still transacts to learn it from.
- A marketing team behind you
- Professional shoots, portal syndication, paid campaigns and a content plan that builds your name rather than only the listing.
- Your time on clients
- Admin and compliance are handled around you, so the hours go where the work actually is.
