What the job is actually like
The questions in this section get asked anonymously on Reddit because there is nowhere else to ask them. They deserve a better answer than a thread, and answering them honestly costs us nothing we should want to keep.
The short answer
The most common problems Dubai agents hit are a brokerage withholding visa or BRN paperwork, no inbound leads despite what was promised at interview, commission paid late or not at all, and burnout inside the first year. Each has a route out, and knowing it before you sign is worth more than knowing it after.
