What the job pays

Everyone publishes the ceiling. Almost nobody publishes the floor, the timing, or the costs that come out of the number before it reaches you. Those three are what decide whether a split is good.

The short answer

A Dubai agent's take home depends on four things, not one: the commission split, when it is paid relative to transfer, who covers portal and marketing costs, and whether there is a base salary underneath. A high split paid ninety days late with portal fees deducted can be worth less than a lower one paid on transfer.

What this section will not do

No earnings projections and no figure this firm cannot source. Where a number is ours, it says so; where it is published by a regulator, it is named and dated.

Who publishes this

We hire agents, so read us accordingly

House Of Orange Real Estate is a licensed Dubai brokerage, ORN 1484735. We publish this because we recruit, and we would rather you put the questions on these pages to us than take our word for anything. If a firm cannot answer them, that is the answer.
