About this project
Sera 1 is an off-plan waterfront residential development by Emaar Properties, situated within the Rashid Yachts & Marina master community in Mina Rashid, Dubai. Inspired by contemporary maritime design, the development features soft sand-toned façades and fluid architectural profiles. The project will comprise two mid-rise residential buildings, Tower A (G+P+7) and Tower B (G+P+8), offering a collection of 1-bed to 3-bedroom apartments alongside 3-bedroom townhouses.
