About this project
Located in the historic Mina Rashid district of Dubai, Portside Square is an off-plan project by Ellington Properties. The development will feature three 16-storey residential towers sharing an amenity pavilion and a parking structure. The complex will comprise a total of 408 freehold apartments, including studios, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, 2-bedroom plus study, 3-bedroom plus study and exclusive 4-bedroom duplex penthouses.
The master plan integrates shared lifestyle amenities including a leisure pool, a kids' pool, an infinity pool, an open-air fitness studio, running tracks, yoga and pilates zones, a wellness spa with a cold plunge, indoor and outdoor children's play areas, a games lounge, a clubhouse, co-working spaces and electric vehicle charging stations. The project is planned near the Dubai Cruise Terminal, near Downtown Dubai and a short drive from Dubai International Airport.
Portside Square Tower 1
As the name suggests, Portside Square Tower 1 will be a 16-storey waterfront residential building within the complex. The project will feature a selection of properties from studios to 4-bedroom duplex penthouses designed with open layouts and built-in laundry utilities. The structural configuration will feature glass façades and private balconies designed to provide views of the marina, the open sea and the city skyline.
Portside Square Tower 2
Portside Square Tower 2 will be a 16-storey residential building planned along the waterfront. As part of the complex, the tower will offer studios, apartments and multi-level duplex penthouses featuring internal floor plates engineered to optimise ventilation and natural light. Residents will share direct access to the multi-level pavilion amenities, covered vehicle parking and landscaped green terraces.
Portside Square Tower 3
Portside Square Tower 3 will be an off-plan 16-storey residential building completing the three-tower waterfront layout. The property configurations will span from studios to large 4-bedroom duplex penthouses featuring contemporary custom millwork and neutral colour palettes. The units will feature expansive floor-to-ceiling windows to frame open vistas of the Arabian Gulf and the surrounding marina promenade.
