About this project
Ellington Sands II is an off-plan beachside residential project by Ellington Properties located on the Dubai Islands. The development will comprise a basement level, a ground floor featuring retail spaces and entertainment areas, including a two-floor beach club, a roof level and two residential towers. It will offer studios, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom apartments, as well as duplexes and penthouses. The community features a leafy environment with access to indoor and outdoor resort-like experiences, beachside activities and walks. The total development will house 460 units, including 4 commercial spaces, 197 1-bedroom apartments, 187 2-bedroom apartments, 71 3-bedroom apartments and 1 4-bedroom apartment.
Ellington Sands II Tower A
Ellington Sands II Tower A will be a 9-storey residential building designed to maximise space and natural light. Units within this tower will include apartments, duplexes and penthouses featuring layouts that provide panoramic water and city views. Residents will have access to leisure amenities, including a swimming pool, a children's play area and an equipped gymnasium for recreation and wellness.
Ellington Sands II Tower B
Ellington Sands II Tower B will be a six-storey residential building set along waterways and island landscapes. The building will offer apartments, duplexes and penthouses designed with spacious layouts and large windows to introduce natural light. Residential units will offer views of the surrounding waters and islands. The tower will also feature a range of amenities, including a swimming pool, a children's play area and a gymnasium.
