About this project
The Meriva Collection is an upcoming beachfront residential project by Ellington Properties on Island B of Dubai Islands. The master-planned community will comprise low-density buildings and a seafront hotel structured around a pedestrianised layout with layered architecture and a central lagoon water feature. The development will offer a collection of 1, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom apartments alongside signature penthouses. Residents will have access to private beachfront areas and a dedicated pavilion featuring a fitness studio, a pool bar, yoga and pilates spaces, adult and children's swimming pools, a jazz club, a cinema room, a clubhouse, co-working spaces, a long jogging track, a mini-golf area, a basketball court and a padel tennis court.
Meriva Gardens A
Meriva Gardens A will be an off-plan residential building, one of the twin G+10 towers in the Meriva Collection. Developed by Ellington Properties, the building will offer 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom apartments alongside penthouses. The unit layouts are designed with full-height glazing and open-plan configurations to optimise natural light, privacy and views across the island and lagoon.
Meriva Gardens B
Meriva Gardens B will be the second residential tower in the twin G+10 development. The building will feature a selection of 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom apartments and penthouses. The residences will be structured to provide direct access to the waterfront and the central lagoon walkways. The interior planning focuses on the distribution of functional spaces and private balconies positioned to capture the surrounding island and lagoon views.

Off-plan is one part of what we do.
Get expert off-plan advice
Our consultants place off-plan across every developer on this list rather than for any one of them, so the recommendation is not decided before you ask. Send us anything on this page, or a project you have been shown elsewhere.
What you get back
- The full cost
- The 4% Land Department transfer fee, the service charge from handover, and the developer's own handover charges. Not the headline price.
- The developer's record
- What they have delivered before, whether it landed on time, and what the finished specification actually committed to.
- The competition
- What else completes in the same community in the same year, because that is what you will be selling or renting against.
- A straight no
- When the numbers do not work, we say so. We would rather place you in something completed than sell you a wait.
