About this project
Valencia is an off-plan residential project by DAMAC Properties, located within the DAMAC Lagoons District in Dubailand, Dubai. The development will feature four 13-storey mid-rise towers connected by a shared ground level and a two-level podium. Inspired by Mediterranean coastal themes, the project will offer a selection of semi-furnished studio, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments designed with modern minimalist interiors, warm colour palettes and wave-like cascading balconies. The master-planned community is structured around a central crystal lagoon with sandy beaches, water sports activities and wave pools. Residents will have access to district-level amenities including the DAMAC Mall, a pool bar, floating pods, an outdoor theatre, cooling mist corridors, a fitness centre, a spa and community social lounges.
Valencia Tower A
Valencia Tower A will be a 13-storey residential building positioned within the waterfront master community. The building will offer studio, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments featuring layouts engineered to connect internal living zones with private outdoor balconies. The structural placement will offer open views of the lagoons and the surrounding landscaped parks.
Valencia Tower B
Valencia Tower B will be a 13-storey residential building designed to overlook the lagoon waters and landscaped community spaces. Developed by DAMAC Properties, the off-plan tower will feature modern layouts with built-in storage and integrated kitchens. Residents will have direct access to the podium-level amenities, including the pool bar, fitness spaces and the outdoor cinema.
Valencia Tower C
Valencia Tower C will be a 13-storey residential development set amidst the community's green corridors and waterways. The upcoming tower will feature studio, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments with large windows to maximise daylight. The building is planned within walking distance of the central retail outlets, cafés and wellness facilities of the DAMAC Lagoons District.
Valencia Tower D
Valencia Tower D will be a 13-storey residential building forming part of the Mediterranean-themed residential cluster. Developed by DAMAC Properties, the off-plan project will offer adaptable living spaces. The tower will integrate into the wider community network, offering paths to the shared recreational zones, beach areas and cooling walkways.
