About this project
Nourelle is an off-plan project by Meraas, located within the Madinat Jumeirah Living (MJL) community in Umm Suqeim, Dubai. The development features a trio of contemporary residential buildings seamlessly connected by a structural skybridge. The complex will offer 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom apartments designed with open-plan layouts and neutral colour palettes. Residents will have access to shared communal facilities including fully equipped fitness centres, sky gardens, pocket parks, daycare centres, swimming pools, sun decks, walking paths and community retail stores. The development will be situated near Umm Suqeim Street and Al Wasl Road, providing connectivity to Sheikh Zayed Road (E11) and the Burj Al Arab.
Nourelle Building 1
Nourelle Building 1 will be set amidst landscaped walkways and green spaces within the complex. The project will feature 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom apartments designed with functional floor plans to maximise usable space. Units will feature private balconies or terraces that frame views of the green courtyards and the surrounding master community.
Nourelle Building 2
Nourelle Building 2 will be a low-rise residential building offering a selection of 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom apartments. The building will incorporate floor-to-ceiling windows configured to optimise daylight and offer views of the Dubai city skyline. Residents will have direct access to building-specific facilities including dedicated children's play areas, elevated sky gardens and conveniently located community stores.
Nourelle Building 3
Nourelle Building 3 will be an off-plan residential building completing the interconnected trio within Madinat Jumeirah Living. The building layout will contain 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom apartments. Upon completion, residents will have access to the central skybridge amenities, which include infinity pools, a gym with retractable glass walls, rooftop yoga spaces, pocket parks and landscaped gardens.
