ELIE SAAB

Elie Saab at Arabian Ranches III is a premium villa enclave by Emaar Properties. The residential project is being developed in collaboration with the internationally acclaimed fashion icon Elie Saab. It features 4 and 5-bedroom standalone villas offered in multiple architectural styles, three variations for the 4-bedroom layouts and two for the 5-bedroom layouts. Elie Saab 1

Elie Saab 1 is the first collection of 4 and 5-bedroom luxury villas at Arabian Ranches III. The 4-bedroom layouts measure between 4,128 sq. ft. and 4,440 sq. ft. , while the 5-bedroom villas cover up to 5,322 sq. ft. These homes are designed with bespoke interiors, clean lines and contemporary layouts as expected from the renowned designer brand. Elie Saab 2

Elie Saab 2 was launched following the success of the first phase, expanding the selection of designer villas in Arabian Ranches III. The phase continues to offer 4-bedroom villas of around 4,128 sq. ft. and 5-bedroom villas of approximately 5,322 sq. ft. with bespoke interiors crafted in Elie Saab’s signature style.
