About this project

City Walk Crestlane 1 is a multi-building residential complex by Meraas Holding, planned in City Walk Phase 3, Al Wasl, Dubai. The development will feature mid-rise buildings designed around a water-themed concept offering views of the water lagoons and communal parks. The off-plan complex features a selection of 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom apartments alongside 4-bedroom duplexes and 5-bedroom penthouses.
