About this project

Cetara Building B
Cetara Building B will be a residential tower situated within the lagoon-inspired master community. Developed by DAMAC Properties, the building is designed within a cluster format influenced by waterfront planning. It will feature open lagoon views and landscaped edges. Residents will have shared access to various community amenities, including swimming pools, gardens, fitness facilities and children's play areas.
Cetara Building C
Cetara Building C will be a residential project positioned within the low-rise cluster configuration of the waterfront development, Cetara in DAMAC Lagoons. Cetara Building D
Cetara Building D will be an upcoming residential tower within the lagoon-themed development, Cetara at DAMAC Lagoons.
