Bayfront Marina Residences (also known as Bayside Marina Residences) at Sobha Siniya Island is a coastal residential sanctuary by the Sobha Group, located in Umm Al Quwain, UAE. The beachfront development will comprise a collection of 1 and 2-bedroom apartments along with 3-bedroom duplexes set across three low-to-mid-rise residential buildings: Tower A (7 levels), Tower B (9 levels), and Tower C (5 levels). Connected to the mainland via a 1.7-kilometer bridge, the island will offer an ecological sanctuary with pristine beaches, mangroves and native wildlife alongside close proximity to a championship golf course and a retail promenade with cafés and gourmet restaurants.
Bayfront Marina Residences Tower A
Bayfront Marina Residences Tower A will be a 7-level residential building set along the marina at Siniya Island. Developed by Sobha Group, it will offer views of the surrounding lagoon and direct access to the vibrant waterfront promenade and nearby golf course facilities.
Bayfront Marina Residences Tower B
Bayfront Marina Residences Tower B will be a 9-level residential tower phase within the Bayfront Marina Residences complex on Siniya Island. Developed by Sobha Group, it will feature marina and lagoon views alongside access to dining establishments and green open spaces.
Bayfront Marina Residences Tower C
Bayfront Marina Residences Tower C is a 5-level residential building within the Siniya Island development by Sobha Group. The building will offer coastal residences situated steps away from the island's marina promenade and leisure amenities.
