Focused on sustainability and eco-conciousness, The Sustainable City Yas Island will be a premium community by Abu Dhabi’s largest listed developer; Aldar Properties, in collaboration with Diamond Developers. In January 2023, as part of the first phase of The Sustainable City Yas Island, Aldar Properties launched 120 townhouses in 3 and 4-bedroom configurations and 128 condominiums with 1–3 bedroom layouts. Potential buyers can select between a dark and a light scheme to personalize the interiors of your dream home.
The properties in The Sustainable City Yas Island range in size from 721 sq. ft to 3,358 sq. ft. At the same time, the plot size of the townhouses averages around 2,551 sq. ft–2,852 sq. ft. When it comes to layouts, 1-2 bedroom condominiums and some townhouses will come with private gardens and terraces. On top of that, those living in 2–3 bedroom condominiums and townhouses will also have a staff room for their convenience. It is worth noting that 1 and 2-bedroom properties will be provided with access to 1 and 2 parking spaces respectively. Three-bedroom units and all townhouses will come with 3 parking spaces.

Fay Al Reeman II is the second phase of Aldar Properties’ large-scale Fay Al Reeman community located in Abu Dhabi, in the Al Shamkha district, which is far from the bustling capital city. The project, presented in February 2023, is the latest addition to the Alreeman freehold area and will comprise 557 three–six bedroom villas ranging in size from 3,272 sq. ft to 5,238 sq. ft. All homes will be 2-storey’s with layouts including balconies, terraces, indoor and outdoor majilis and a maid’s bedroom.
