Fay Al Reeman II is the second phase of Aldar Properties’ large-scale Fay Al Reeman community located in Abu Dhabi, in the Al Shamkha district, which is far from the bustling capital city. The project, presented in February 2023, is the latest addition to the Alreeman freehold area and will comprise 557 three–six bedroom villas ranging in size from 3,272 sq. ft to 5,238 sq. ft. All homes will be 2-storey’s with layouts including balconies, terraces, indoor and outdoor majilis and a maid’s bedroom.
