Manarat Living is an upscale residential development by Aldar Properties in the Cultural District of Saadiyat Island. The complex will feature a total of 273 units, namely studios and 1-2 bedroom apartments with living areas between 323 sq. ft–1,593 sq. ft. Select 2-bedroom residences will also have a maid’s room, whilst each property, except for some studios, will come with a private balcony. Fay Al Reeman II is the second phase of Aldar Properties’ large-scale Fay Al Reeman community located in Abu Dhabi, in the Al Shamkha district, which is far from the bustling capital city.
