Yas Golf Collection
The Yas Golf Collection project launched in 2022. The resort community is located on Yas Island and consists of mid-rise residential complexes. A total of five clusters with 1,062 residential units are slated to launch here. Developer Aldar Properties has announced the project’s completion by 2025.
The first phase of development is represented by Souq Furnished Apartments. It consists of four buildings in traditional style. Distinctive features include classic courtyards and small canopied balconies.
Souq Furnished Apartments features furnished studios and 1-bedroom apartments. Unfurnished 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom apartments are also available. The layout includes a staff room.
Property sizes at Souq Furnished Apartments range from 452 to 2,981 sq. ft. Potential buyers can choose the colour palette of the interior based on their personal wishes.
The buildings will have views of the Yas Links golf course, the sea and mangroves, and the complex is equipped with smart home systems.
In Q1 2023, Aldar Properties released the second phase of Yas Golf Collection called Yas Golf Collection Views. The newest phase offers 122 fully-furnished studios and 1-3 bedroom apartments of 463 sq. ft to 3,003 sq. ft in size. The units come with 3 different views, including Yas Links views, a sea view and a garden view. These residences are designed for Airbnb, which is perfect for those interested in earning a passive income.
The community has excellent infrastructure for recreation and sports. There are swimming pools, landscaped gardens, and fitness centres, as well as walking and jogging paths around the buildings. For children, there are playgrounds outside and playrooms inside the buildings.
